💳 Appointment Deposits & Payment Policy

  • A non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment.

  • If you haven’t booked yet, please contact us to request a time.

  • If you’ve already confirmed a time, complete your deposit within 1 hour to secure your slot.

  • Deposits are applied to your balance, which is due on the day of installation.

By submitting your deposit, you agree to Tint352’s cancellation and reschedule policy below.

🔄 Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

  • 24‑hour courtesy notice: Call or email at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

  • Deposit carryover: With proper notice, your deposit will be applied to a future appointment.

  • Reschedule limit: You may reschedule up to 2 times from the original date. After 3 scheduled appointments, a new deposit is required.

  • Late changes: Less than 24 hours’ notice = deposit forfeited.

  • Late arrival: Arriving 15+ minutes late forfeits your deposit.

  • Recommendation: Arrive 15 minutes early for consultation and film review before installation.
